So take your time and please ask our advice, when browsing.

Try on plenty of frames – a few will normally jump out as suiting you better. Narrow your selection down to 3 frames, before making your final choice

The frame should not be wider than your temples

The top of the frame should not be higher than your eyebrows

The bottom of the frame should not touch your cheek

The nose bridge should be comfortable even when the frame is pressed down gently.

Remember – frames usually need to be adjusted – so if you like a shape, please ask us to check the fit for you.
